Return Policy

At Healthy Pet we understand just how finicky and sensitive pets can be sometimes! That’s why we try to guarantee as many of our products as possible. In general, anything consumable (aside from open individual cans) we can accept as a return if it’s still in its original packaging and has at least half of the product left. This goes for food, treats, supplements, etc. As far as hard goods go, anything that doesn’t fit your pet, or they just aren’t interested in, you can bring back as long as you have the packaging and the product is unused. In addition, anything that is defective (bad stitching, broken seal, or generally doesn’t work as it’s supposed to) ...that’s a no-brainer! Bring it back. When in doubt just give us a call or stop by and ask :)
